Amplifiers, Stereo and/or portable players are REQUIRED for use with all Somatron products!
A. You can order an amplifier from us directly, or you can contact us vis email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can tell you where you can purchase an amplifier along with the model number directly. If you currently have a stereo, please refer to the photo on how to connect the Somatron product to see if your stereo has what is required to connect on the back of the stereo. find your product listed below for what stereo is required.
Stereo manufacturers have been changing the method of speaker connections from straight wires to a variety of plugs depending on the brand. This has been causing difficulties for customers to purchase their own stereo at a reasonable cost to connect to Somatron products. Please look at the photo on how to connect to see what the back of the stereo must look like in order to connect properly.
The best solution is to purchase an amplifier at the time of ordering. Should you choose to purchase amplifiers from Somatron with each product order we can then ship the appropriate amplifier with each product at no additional shipping charge.
In anticipation of your needs we will try to keep a substantial stock of amplifiers with easy connections and sufficient wattage to power each Somatron for maximum performance.
These amplifiers will include a RCA adapter to allow you to connect your current stereo; portable CD player or Mp3 player (iPod) to be connected to the amplifier.
If you have an older model stereo with the 4 terminal connections on the back:

A. Day-to-day soil-remove ordinary dirt and smudges with a mild soap and warm water solution. Dry with a soft,lint-free cloth or towel. For more difficult stains, use a stronger detergent; however, follow the detergent manufacturer’s instructions closely.
Special Cleaning Problems
Many stains will be removed when these cleaning agents are used in the following order:
Step 1: Use nonabrasive household cleaners such as Formula 409 All Purpose Spray Cleaner or Fantastik Spray Cleaner with water and a soft cloth.
Step 2: Use a solvent-type cleaner such as rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol)liberally applied with a soft cloth. Dry area with another cloth, rinse with clean water and dry.
Step 3: Use strong, active solvent cleaners such as nail polish remover (acetone / water) applied with a soft cloth. Stain should be removed with less then six (6) rubs; if stain persists after six rubs, stain has probably set** and may not be capable of being removed. Dry area with another cloth, rinse with clean water and dry.
*Caution: These solvents are highly flammable. Exercise proper care in cleaning and notify personnel in area of danger. Wear rubber gloves during all cleaning activity. Use caution in cleaning around buttons, stitching and wooden or decorative trim, since these solvents could easily damage such areas.
**Although vinyls protected with PreFixx are resistant to most common stains, some fabric dyes have the ability to create a permanent stain. To minimize any problems from these and other stains, it is recommended that as soon as they are notices all stains should be cleaned, making sure the recommended cleaning steps are followed in order

We do have bean refill - some compabies even list it with item #3101 or #3050 - either way an item number is not necessary. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing.
A. Proposition 65 is a California law officially known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. It requires businesses to provide a “clear and reasonable” warning before exposing persons: consumers, employees, and the general public to chemicals that are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm (“Listed Chemicals”). The Proposition 65 warning applies, among others, to exposures from consumer products. A business must provide a warning with its product if it is reasonably foreseeable that a person in the state of California will buy or receive the product.
Proposition 65 does not ban the use of any chemicals, but is intended to ensure the public is informed as to its exposure to Listed Chemicals.
The list of the 1,000+ Prop65 chemicals can be found at: http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65/prop65list/Newlist.html. This list is periodically updated.
We at Somatron are continuously striving to purchase materials from businesses that reduce or eliminate any chemicals that may be considered harmful. We have, for example, have purchased materials from businesses that have eliminated lead from their products, and have reduced the levels of all other heavy metals in all of their products to a level below the safe harbor level established in Prop.65. We would like to add that we only utilize materials that do not contain any of the phthalates listed in Prop.65.
However, due to the continual addition/deletion of chemicals from Proposition 65 list and the other reasons established above, we cannot guarantee that the materials we purchase to manufacture our products will meet Prop.65 on any given date and urge our customers also apply the proper caution in this matter.
A business is not required to provide a warning if it can prove that the exposure to any Listed Chemical present in the product resulting from its normal, intended use does not pose a “significant risk” to the average user. Unfortunately, while the State of California has identified so-called “safe harbor” exposure levels, there is little regulatory guidance to determine whether or when the use of a product results in exposure below those levels and thus poses no significant risk to the average user. Because of this, Proposition 65 places the burden on the business to prove that intended use of a product poses no significant risk. While we strongly believe that our products, when used correctly, pose no significant risk we have chosen like many of our industry colleagues and like most other consumer product industries to also provide the following warning out of an abundance of caution:
PROP 65 WARNING: This product may contain a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
